An alcohol-free Riesling that preserves the elegance and freshness of the grape variety, thanks to a careful production technique. The alcohol was extracted under low pressure (vacuum), and then a touch of intense Riesling was added. Notes of lemon zest are complemented by fruity aromas reminiscent of the liveliness of Riesling. A pale gold color with greenish highlights. On the palate, the wine is elegant, with a pleasant finish that invites another sip.
